Artwork & Printing

The artwork you submit for printing needs to follow a few simple rules to ensure maximum efficiency when entering the setup and printing process.

For guillotining purposes your submitted artwork must :-

• have a 5mm minimum bleed over the outside guidelines
• all text must keep at least 4mm inside the guidelines
• be in a usable end format either JPG / TIFF / EPS / AI / PSD /
• be proof read for errors or mistakes

Any artwork submitted in Adobe Illustrator or EPS format must have all text converted to curves and all images must be provided or embedded.

Any artwork submitted as Photoshop PSD format is generally best left unflattened, this enables us to edit or maintain your artwork should it be necessary to do so.

Artwork may be submitted on CD-R, Floppy Disk, Memory Card and USB Memory devices or can alternately be e-mailed to artwork@fairviewstudios.co.uk

Any pre-flight checks showimg artwork is incorrectly set up will incur a charge to cover full handling - correction and approval of altered artwork. This charge will be the same as our standard design fee.
